Exum suffered the knee injury Tuesday while playing in a game for the Australian National Team. The 6-foot-6, 190-pound Exum averaged 4.8 points, 2.4 assists and 1.6 rebounds per game as a rookie in 2014-15. He appeared in all 82 games and shot 34.9 percent from the field.
